As a communications expert, mental health advocate and an individual who manages depression personally, Terrie shares first-hand that the affects of depression are very REAL! She shares that depression not only destabilizes the life of the person experiencing it, but affects the lives of those they care about most. Participants are invited, encouraged, and eager to share their stories. All Terrie Williams Personal Touch (TWPT) events are designed to convey that if depression is left unnamed and untreated, one’s quality of life will be in jeopardy; and if not addressed, ultimately destroyed.

Terrie and her team believe that reinventing oneself by addressing challenges and old scars that resurface is key to the healing process—and productive employees. Not a lecture, the experience is a guided dialogue between Terrie and participants. It is specifically designed to bring about positive and permanent shifts in the quality of life for your team, families and employees. These shifts make available a new and unique kind of freedom and power: The freedom to be absolutely at ease no matter where they are, who they are with, or what the circumstance–the power to be in action effectively in those areas of their lives that are important to them.
